1. Delivery Area

Currently, we only deliver within the Noida area. We are working to expand our delivery zones, and will notify you when we start offering shipping to new locations.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options for our customers in Noida:

  • Free Next-Day Delivery: Enjoy free next-day delivery on all orders placed before 5 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next day and delivered the following day.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Need your items urgently? We offer same-day delivery for a nominal charge of Rs 45. This option is available for orders placed before 12 PM. For same-day delivery, please ensure the delivery address is within our serviceable area in Noida.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Next-Day Delivery: Free for all orders.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Rs 45 per order (for orders placed before 12 PM, within Noida).

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.

  • Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 12 PM to ensure timely dispatch.

5. Delivery Details

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. 

6. Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently do not offer shipping outside of Noida.

  • If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable area, we will notify you and offer you the option to cancel your order or adjust the delivery address.

7. Delivery Issues

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Return & Exchange Policy

At StationerEase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you’ve received, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process, subject to the following terms:

1. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain products, such as opened or used items (e.g., pens, markers, etc.), may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please check the product details before purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened products

  • Gift cards

  • Items on sale or clearance (unless otherwise stated)

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at Stationerease@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the item you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. If applicable, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Return the Item: We will pick up the package at a nominal fees of Rs 50 Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

5. Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

6. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping promotion, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases (e.g., damaged or opened items), you may receive a partial refund.
